| While it's been a long while since I had a drunken entry, I think I'd rather test my drunken powers on a game of MW2.

| About 9 days left. Oh yeah, happy thanksgiving y'all. The above is just a silly picture I snapped away. I think I noticed her lost look as she's pondering something and took it really quickly. I don't really remember. It's almost been a year since I took this picture. Problem with the Canon 24-70 L is that it tends to miss it's target ALOT. I mean, it jumps, so I know I wasn't locked on, but whatever. I'm rambling now because it's 4AM. I'm off to Paris in about less than two weeks with my soon to be wifey. So much is going on through my head...

| That past few Saturdays of this year has been rather tame and boring, with the exception of last Saturday in Vegas, but that'll remain undisclosed. While I never been much of a clubbing/partying guy, I went to a party alone since Qiao was out enjoying her debauchery bachelorette party in Atlantic City. Now, this wasn't "Chris's Bachelor Party Part 2", though two of my friends that went with me to Las Vegas was trying to get me shit face drunk. The thing was, I saw this more as a business oppertunity since there was a few clients there, but I wasn't as socially forward as I usually am, on the account of Qiao made me go & two, I'm recovering from being sick.
What drinks that was passed to me, the two beers, I drank slowly and with food. Everything else, I said I'm fine with Cranberry and Vodka (except I really had no Vodka in my drink, so I was drinking lots and lots of cranberry juice).
On my drive home, my future brother in law gives me a call to check in to make sure I didn't drink too much and if I need a ride home. HAHA. I told him the story that I really didn't have much to drink and lied about drinking cranberry and vodka.
While on my way home, I was listening to Local news and Traffic with a little bit of NPR here and there. There was a peice of news on how Twilight New Moon and I kept thinking of how my little cousin and nieces are all excited over it and how I'll never understand this younger generation. What'll be hip next? Mummies? Swamp Monsters?
With the reoccurance of Werewolves, will chest hair and moustaches make a comeback like the bellbottom jeans tried to?
And with that thought, I realized, "Dear God, I'm getting old".
I turned on my ipod and started to blast Twisted Sister, "I wanna rock", but that made the feeling even worst.

| No pictures right now... So Vegas was fun... City of Sin... and sinners be damned. I decided not to bring my camera. but I ended up borrowing my friend's camera while we walked around. I found it strange people were asking me about camera advice. I usually direct those questions to my fiancee... Overall, if I get any of the pictures I took from my friend, I'll probably post them up. |

Thank you everyone agian for your prayers and condolences. It really means a lot. Lately, I've been remembering little things here and there about my aunt. My mother and I had a very long discussion about it. I don't view myself as mourning a lost, I view this time as a celebration of her life in completion and passing. It almost sounds like a football play. Silly, I don't watch football. I don't really know where I'm heading with this train of thought. Moving along, I started going back and editing some pictures from Japan. I found a bunch on my laptop. I need to transfer them over and prep for my Paris trip. Of course, I won't edit them all at once, but let it trickle here and there, and everyone will start to wonder if I'm actually in France. Though, I'm wondering if I should bring my camera to Vegas though... I kinda don't want to... becuase you know... what happens in Vegas... shouldn't be blasted out on the internet for all to see. |
